National Post Named Me Best Opener of JFL42!
This year’s JFL42 Festival was an absolute blast. I was one of the 42 featured performers, and was lucky enough to tell my jokes to sold out crowds at Comedy Bar and Bad Dog Theatre. I also had the pleasure of opening for some other talented comedians, like Cameron Esposito from L.A., and my good friends Matt O’Brien and Christina Walkinshaw.
Someone at the National Post saw me open at one of these shows, and named me the best opener at JFL42. I appreciate the awesome shout-out, and I give them bonus points for correctly identifying my hearing impairment as ‘severe’. That’s solid journalism right there.
